Current rate of tax

Luxury tax on room tariff: 12.5%
Service Tax :5.15% for the tariff above INR 1000.
VAT on food charges : 12.62%

Food Element Rate

Break fast per person : Rs. 300/- + tax
Lunch / Dinner per person : Rs. 400/- + tax

  • Extra charges applicable for New Year Eve Supplement on 31st Dec @ Rs. 1500/- + taxes extra per person.
  • Extra charges applicable for New Year Eve Supplement on 31st Dec ( Child ) @Rs. 750/- + taxes extra.
Extra Person
  • The room tariff component will be 20% of the room tariff on double occupancy.
Children
  • Persons of age between 6 to 12 years will be regarded as a child.
  • Child rate will be 10% of the room tariff on Double Occupancy basis on room rent.
  • Food rate will be 50% of the actual rates per person.
Adult
  • Persons above 12 years of age will be regarded as adult and will be charged on the full tariff.
